“I came up with the name from The Beatles song, Strawberry Fields Forever. When I was building this cocktail, I wanted that same feeling you get listening to the song, a sense of freedom and escape. That’s also what Maui means to me, and what I hope our guests feel when they come here.

Every sip is meant to remind you of the island, the beautiful views, the amazing energy, and those moments when you catch the sunrise or the sunset and everything feels just right. Pilina has become like a second home to me, and this drink is a way of sharing a piece of that.

It’s made with Kupu Aged Gin, strawberry shrub, Pimm’s Cup, lime, and simple syrup, finished with a foamer on top. Light, refreshing, and a little soulful, kind of like Maui itself.”
